Pori Moni to Star in Tollywood Film

The list of Bangladeshi artists hitting the screens of Kolkata's film industry, from Nusraat Faria and Apu Biswas to Mahiya Mahi and Bidya Sinha Mim, seems to be ever-growing. The latest movie "Shurongo" starring Afran Nisho has received a lot of praise and attention, which has increased interest in Bangladeshi actors in Tollywood.  

Now, it has been speculated that well-known actress Pori Moni may possibly follow suit and appear in a Tollywood production.

Pori Moni has received attention for her acting abilities as well as for her personal life, which has been marred by scandals.

Pori Moni revealed, "I am working on a film in Kolkata. I don't want to reveal too many details at this moment. Everything will gradually unfold. After my son's birthday, I will be in Kolkata."

On August 10, the actress's son Rajya will celebrate his one birthday, and Pori Moni has already started the countdown. The public expects her entrance in the Kolkata movie as the celebration is being planned.  

Pori Moni's path hasn't been without difficulties, but the actress is looking forward to her forthcoming Tollywood production as her son's birthday represents a huge milestone. Despite the challenges, her husband Razz recently traveled to Kolkata and, after misplacing his phone, he contacted Pori Moni.
