GD Filed Against Apu Biswas

Producer and actress Simi Islam Koli has filed a general diary (GD) against Apu Biswas, popular actress of Dhakai cinema.

Yesterday, Monday (September 18), she filed a GD at the capital's Hatirjheel police station. Apart from Apu Biswas, Koli also named Zahidul Islam Apu as a defendant in the GD.

In the GD it is stated that, I opened Hi sk Films int and SKfilmsint 7712 last June 2016. Defendant Apu Biswas (35) and Zahidul Islam Apu (30) hacked my YouTube channel on 29/08/23 at approximately 7 am. Last 31/08/23 at 8 am defendant no. 2 promised that he will fix meeting of me and the defendant no. 1.

It is also mentioned in the GD that later on talking to defendant no. 2 via mobile, he demanded one lakh taka. If I pay this money, they will give me my YouTube channel, if I don't pay, they will not return it. The matter was discussed in the cyber crime branch and thus I’m filing a general diary.

In this regard, the officer-in-charge (OC) of Hatirjheel police station Md. Awlad Hossain Mamun told the media that on Sunday night (September 17) a person named Simi Islam Koli made a GD. Two persons named Apu Biswas and Zahidul Islam Apu have been accused there.

Meanwhile, Simi Islam Koli told the media, I have filed a GD in the name of two people. One among them is actress Apu Biswas and another is Zahidul Islam Apu.

It should be noted that the movie 'Lal Saree' starring Apu Biswas was released last Eid. It was the first film of Apu-Joy Productions with government funding. And shortly, her movie 'Trap - The Untold Story' is scheduled to be released. Directed by Deen Islam, the movie is slated to release this year.
