Anupam Roy Shares First Pic With Wife Prashmita

Renowned singer from West Bengal, Anupam Roy, recently tied the knot with fellow singer Prasmita Pal.

The couple officially got married in a family ceremony last Friday, followed by a post-wedding reception held at a club in South Kolkata on Saturday evening.

The newlyweds were captured in a joyous moment by the cameras, sharing a smiling pose. Anupam Roy shared his first photograph with his wife, Prasmita Pal, after the registry ceremony.

For the occasion, Prasmita Pal chose to dress in a pink Banarasi saree, complemented by jewelry and light makeup. Anupam Roy, on the other hand, was seen wearing a Punjabi attire.

The guest list at the reception included prominent names like Upal Sengupta, Anindya Chattopadhyay, Chandra Bhattacharya, Lopamudra Mitra, Jai Sarkar, Srijit Mukhopadhyay, and Prabuddha Raha, among others.

This marks Anupam Roy's second marriage. He was previously married to Pia Chakraborty in 2015. After six years of marriage, the couple announced their separation. Pia Chakraborty remarried actor Parambrata Chatterjee on November 27 last year.
