Imran To Debut As Host On TV Show With Special Eid Musical

Popular singer Imran Mahmudul is going to host a show for the first time on television. He will be seen as the host of a special musical event on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr titled "Imran Show - Bakule Chandane, Gaaner Bondhone."

In this event, seven old songs written by Kabir Bakul and sung by Chandan Sinha will be heard in the voices of ten popular artists of this genre. Alongside hosting, Imran himself will also present a song sung by Chandan Sinha. Throughout the event, Kabir Bakul and Chandan Sinha will be present as special guests.

Regarding his hosting on the show, Imran expressed, "I have never presented on television before. Initially, I was afraid because hosting an event is not an easy task. Moreover, it's my two favorite personalities whom I'm hosting alongside. Also, I have no prior experience. Later, I learned about the entire plan of the event from Kabir Bakul. I heard that some songs sung by Chandan, my favorite artist, will be performed by our fellow artists in the event. Besides, I already have experience working with Bakul and Chandan. Considering everything, I agreed. The shooting of the event started on Friday, the 29th, at FDC. So far, there have been no issues."

He further added, "Presenting with a script is not required, unlike in acting. I can manage the work smoothly with spontaneity. Since all the ten singers are my colleagues, I can easily work with them. So, I am enjoying the work."

The seven songs will be performed by Rajib, Ayon Chakladar, Kishore, Sabbir, Kheya, Shinthi Saha, Atiya Anisa, Mahtim Sakib, Muhin, and Imran Mahmudul himself.

Kabir Bakul has scripted, planned, and directed the event.

The event will be aired on ATN Bangla at 10:30 PM on the third day of Eid.
