Pori Moni Expresses Desire To Settle Permanently In Kolkata

Actress Pori Moni is currently in Kolkata due to film shooting. She expressed her desire to settle permanently in Kolkata after starting shooting for a film there, just like she wanted in Dhaka. In an interview with Anandabazar, she mentioned her plans to permanently reside in Kolkata.

When asked if she plans to settle permanently in Kolkata, Pori Moni responded affirmatively, stating, "Yes. I said this as soon as I came on the first day. The way I am getting opportunities in acting in Kolkata, I have a desire to buy a house here. I want to work in my country for six months and stay in Kolkata for six months. I felt from the beginning, what if I could stay here!"

Recently, she announced a film titled "Felu Boxi," directed by Devraj Sinha. She will be starring alongside actors like Soham Chakraborty and Madhumita Sarcar in the movie.

Last year, Pori Moni received the 'Best of the Year' award from Anandabazar Online. She mentioned that since then, she has been receiving job offers from Kolkata. At present, she has several offers on the table.
