Pori Moni Summoned To Appear In Court

The court has taken into account the investigation report given against actress Pori Moni and her costume designer Junaid Boghdadi Jimmy in the case of attempted murder. At the same time, Pori Moni and Jimmy have been summoned to appear in court.

The court of Dhaka Judicial Magistrate M Saiful Islam gave this order on Thursday (April 18). This information was confirmed to the media by the bench assistant of the CJM court of Dhaka. Shahadat Hossain.

Anwarul Kabir, Additional Public Prosecutor of Dhaka's CJM Court, told the media that the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) submitted an investigation report to the court against Pori Moni and Jimmy on charges of attempted murder. Taking into account the investigation report given by PBI, the court has issued summons against the two accused.

Recently, the investigation officer of the case PBI Dhaka District Inspector Md. Monir Hossain filed a report in Dhaka's Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court stating that allegations of beating and intimidation against pori moni and her costume designer Junaid Boghdadi Jimmy aka Jim found true. However, the allegations against another accused, Fatema Tuz Jannat Boni, were not found to be true.

Earlier, The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) has submitted an investigation report to the court against actress Pori Moni and her costume designer Junaid Boghdadi Jimmy for beating and attempted murder. The plaintiff in this case is businessman Nasir Uddin Mahmud.
