AL Leader Jahangir Kabir Nanak Catches COVID-19

Awami League Presidium member Jahangir Kabir Nanak has been infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19).

Dabirul, who is also the president of the Standing Committee on Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, is now receiving treatment at his Baliadangi residence.

Mohammad Biplob, his personal secretary, confirmed the news.

Nanak, former Minister of State for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives, is currently undergoing treatment from his home. So far, his physical condition is stable, he said.

The family members of the former Chhatra League and the leader of the Jubo League asked the countrymen to pray for his quick recovery.
