Hefazat Ameer Babunagari Meets Home Minister

Hefazat-e-Islam Ameer Junaid Babunagari has visited the Dhanmondi residence of Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.

Babunagari entered the minister's residence at 8:37 pm on Monday (July 5).

Meanwhile, besides the Hefazat leaders, officials of various forces were also seen entering the minister's house.

Junaid Babunagari came to Dhaka from Chattogram on Monday to meet the Home Minister. Hefazat secretary general Maulana Nurul Islam Jihadi and other leaders of the organization were also expected to accompany him to the minister's residence.

It is learned that the meeting may discuss the opening of Qawmi Madrasa, release of Hefazat leaders and activists and the several cases.

Morshed bin Noor, personal assistant to Maulana Nurul Islam, secretary general of Hefazat, said discussions would be held on various issues, including the opening of madrassas and the release of the Hefazat leaders.
