'Rajakar Hill' Signboard Pulled Up at SQ Chowdhury's Residence in Ctg

Heirs of freedom fighters on Saturday besieged Goods Hill, the residence of Bangladesh Nationalist Party leader, and executed war criminal Salauddin Quader Chowdhury at Kotwali area in Chattogram following Hummam Quader Chowdhury’s speech at a party rally in Chattogram.

Children of freedom fighters under the banner of Muktijoddha Sangsad Santan Command besieged the residence of Salauddin Quader Chowdhury at about 11:00 am.

They also blocked roads in the area and held a rally in front of Goods Hill.

They also put a signboard that stated Rajakar Hills at the gate of Salauddin Quader Chowdhury’s residence.

At the rally, they demanded that the government must seize the wealth of those who committed crimes during the liberation war.

Freedom fighter and Chattogram city unit AL vice-president Naimuddin Chowdhury, Raozan Upazila chairman Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury Babul, former BCL leader MR Azim, Nurul Azim Rony, and freedom fighter’s son Kazi Md Rajesh Imran, among others, addressed the rally._Agencies
