BNP to Hold Meeting with Police Chief at Noon

The leaders of BNP will hold a meeting with the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun regarding the mass rally in Dhaka on December 10.

A delegation of BNP will go to the police headquarters to participate in this meeting at 1 pm on Thursday (December 1). Party Secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie confirmed this.

The BNP delegation will include Vice-Chairman Barkat Ullah Bulu, Joint Secretary General Moazzem Hossain Alal, Publicity Secretary Shahiduddin Chowdhury Annie, and Legal Affairs Secretary Barrister Kaiser Kamal.

In this regard, Annie said, they will discuss with the IGP about the recent arrest of party leaders and activists including the December 10 mass rally.
