BNP’s Grand Rally Begins at Nayapaltan

In front of the BNP's Nayapaltan offices, a sizable gathering began at about 2:15 p.m.

Their single-point demand for a nonpartisan, unbiased government during election season was highlighted by the event, which was intended to that end.

The occasion began with a reading from the Holy Quran.

There is a significant number of people in the area as BNP leaders and activists began to arrive at the rally venue in the morning.

The party men have begun to show up at the demonstration site wearing colorful attire, chanting against the administration, and carrying posters, festoons, and banners.

Some have entered the stage and been heard singing in order to motivate the audience.

Many BNP supporters had gathered earlier in the day in front of the Anti-Corruption Commission office and the Matsya Bhaban crossroads in preparation for the BNP protest.

The Kakrail junction, Nightingale intersection, Police Hospital intersection, Dainik Bangla intersection, Fakirapul, and Motijheel regions all had comparable circumstances.

Many of the activists and leaders who attended the demonstration venue stated that numerous activists had been detained.

"We were searched when we were coming to the rally site … many faced harassment," Hafis al-Assad, an activist from Tarabo of Narayanganj's Rupganj, told.

Hamid, a BNP activist from Pabna, said, "Five from our group have been arrested in the Amin Bazar area."

Police personnel were seen deployed in the adjacent intersections, along with Ansar members and members of intelligence agencies.
