AL Special Extended Meeting Underway at Ganabhaban

The governing Awami League will host a special extended meeting on Sunday morning in Ganabhaban.

The gathering was officially started by Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister and head of the Awami League.

The event will be attended by senior Awami League figures, including central committee and advisory council members, lawmakers, and local elected officials.

Party sources claim that Sheikh Hasina would speak to the crowd and call for unity in the face of anti-government protests from opposition parties and the next general election.
