Awami League's 'peace rally' in the capital today

Awami League "Peace and Development Rally" will be held in the capital today on Saturday (September 9). Dhaka Metropolitan North and South Awami League is organizing this rally.

A peace rally will be held in front of the party's central office Bangabandhu Avenue at 3 pm on the initiative of Dhaka Metropolitan South on Saturday. At the same time North Awami League will hold a peace rally at Mohammadpur Town Hall.

Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League office secretary Riaz Uddin Riaz said that the party's general secretary and bridge minister Obaidul Quader will attend the rally as the chief guest. Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League President Abu Ahmed Mannafi will preside over the rally.

He also said that all preparations have been completed to make the rally a success. Leaders and activists of every police station-ward and unit of the city will join the rally with a procession.

Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League's press release informed that Awami League's Joint General Secretary and Information Minister Dr. Hasan Mahmud. Mohammadpur Thana Awami League President Principal AA Sattar will preside over the rally.
