Nayapaltan Echoed With Slogans, Crowd of Activists Increasing

Demanding the release of all the royal prisoners including party Chairperson Khaleda Zia, cancellation of the illegal parliament by the dummy elections, protest against the increase in commodity prices, BNP will hold a black flag march in all major cities of the country including the capital Dhaka today.

The program is scheduled to start in front of the central office of BNP in Nayapaltan at 2 pm on Saturday (January 27). To attend on this march the leaders and activists of the party have already started to gather in front of the central office of Nayapaltan in the capital.

Meanwhile as the day progressed, the crowd of activists in front of the central office also increased. At this time apart from the black flag, BNP leaders and activists were seen standing in front of the office in groups with giving different slogans holding banners and festoons. At this time Nayapaltan area became loud with slogans.

The procession will start from in front of the central office at 2 pm and would pass through Fakirapool to Arambagh and will be ended at Nayapaltan. The work of making a temporary stage on two trucks has already started in front of the central office. 

Apart from the capital Dhaka, BNP and its affiliated organizations also holding the program in all major cities of the country.

Meanwhile BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced this program in a press conference at the party's central office on January 21. Later on Thursday (January 25) at noon in another press conference, he confirmed the permission to hold the program.
