Poland Seal 2-0 Win against Saudi Arabia

Poland sealed a 2-0 win against Saudi Arabia in their Group C encounter of the FIFA World Cup 2022 at the Education City Stadium in Qatar, on Saturday.

Piotr Zielinski scored in the 39th-minute to give Poland a 1-0 lead, followed by a fine penalty save by Wojciech Szczesny to prevent an equaliser at the cusp of half-time.

Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski scored his first-ever World Cup goal in the 82nd-minute to settle proceedings in Poland's favour.
