Govt to Recruit 1,517 in ICT Sector

Minister of Information and Communication Technology ( ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak has given instructions on the speedy recruitment of 1,517 vacancies in various agencies and departments under the ICT Department.

He gave instructions during an online meeting held in his office at the ICT Tower in the Agargaon area of the capital on Monday.  

A thorough discussion on using e-Gov Job Portal for job seekers was held in the meeting, and the state minister emphasized the e-recruitment system to ensure the recruitment process was cost-effective and hassle-free.

Among others, ICT Division Senior Secretary NM Ziaul Alam, Executive Director of Bangladesh Computer Council Parthapratim Dev, Director General of Information and Communication Technology Department ABM Arshad Hossain, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Managing Director Hosne Ara Begum, Controller of Certifying Authorities Abu Saeed Chowdhury, Director General of Digital Security Agency Md Rezaul Karim and all officials concerned joined the online meeting.
