At least six people have been killed in a shooting at a teaching hospital in the Czech Republic, the local governor said.
The suspected gunman was still at large, police said via Twitter.
Officers were called to the hospital in the north-eastern city of Ostrava at about 07:00 (06:00 GMT) on Tuesday, the interior minister said.
According to reports, the shooting took place at a traumatology clinic. The entire hospital was evacuated immediately.
"The police are intensively searching for the perpetrator," police warned.
Unconfirmed reports in Czech media say the gunman was a man in a red jacket and he opened fire in one of the outpatient departments.
