Global Coronavirus Cases Pass 200,000

Globally, on Wednesday, the number of cases of coronavirus climbed to 200,000, as people in the U.S. and countries across the world adjusted to living under lockout and isolation.

There are more than 201,000 confirmed cases, including 8,000 coronavirus-related deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University.

This week, the United States and other European nations have placed in place steps to avoid coronavirus spreading, including curfews and travel limits. Among all, that move back to their homelands are U.S. citizens.

The death rate in the U.S. reached 100 on Tuesday, with all 50 states currently registering deaths, including the U.S. Confirmed broad travel limits for much of the 27-country bloc.

Tuesday, the White House confirmed it is planning to submit tests directly to Citizens to alleviate the economic burden of the coronavirus epidemic.
