Trump COVID: President Leaves Hospital to Continue COVID-19 Treatment

U.S. President Donald Trump left the hospital, three days after being admitted to Covid-19, vowing to be back on the campaign trail soon.

He flew back to the White House for a short trip on the Marine One presidential helicopter, BBC reported.

"Feeling really good!" Mr. Trump tweeted earlier. "Don't be afraid of COVID. Don't let it dominate your life."

More than 7.4 million Covid-19 cases have been reported in the United States. The virus killed nearly 210,000 Americans.

Questions linger regarding the severity of Mr. Trump's illness after a weekend of contradictory comments. The true extent of the White House outbreak remains unknown.

Wearing a navy suit, tie and mask, Mr. Trump walked out of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the suburbs of Washington DC on Monday evening, pumping his fist.
