World COVID-19 Deaths Reach 1,205,048

Global deaths from a novel coronavirus infection reached 1,205,048 as of Tuesday morning, according to the Centre for System Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.

In addition, 46,878,189 Covid-19 cases have been confirmed worldwide.

While cases of new infection are still on the rise among the infected world population, most of them are in mild conditions.

Among the currently 12,073,648 infected patients, 11,987,116 are in a mild condition of 99 percent, according to Worldometer's daily updates.

On the other hand, 86,532 of the patients actually infected are in critical condition and their percentage is just one.

So far, 31,270,955 people have recovered.

In Bangladesh, 25 more Covid-19 patients died in the last 24 hours on Monday, raising the death toll from the pandemic to 5,966.

In addition, the number of infections has risen to 410,988, with 1,736 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.
